Before I purchased OD Plus and started using it exclusively to launch and monitor apps, I used a an application called "Visual Task Tips".  When hovering over an open task in the system tray, you can see a mini screenshot of the app.  The author says there is a limitation that you can't see minimized screens but I've used it to peek in on Emule (that was minimized.) I didn't realize just how much I used it until I hid the taskbar.

My question - Is there any way that I can get this app to work with running apps on the dock or possibly creating a similar version for Object Dock?  Unless, of course, there's an infringement issue.
